pan fried salmon fillet with sauce vierge, fine beans & roast potatoes

STEAK & ALE PIE
with sweet potato mash, broccoli, rosemary & red wine jus

CHESTNUT WELLINGTON
chestnut, spinach, leek & blue cheese wellington with roast potatoes, brussels sprouts, carrots, braised red cabbage, broccoli & vegetarian gravy (vegan option available)
